Blue screen of death

I turned off my laptop and then when I turned it back on it will load with the go sign like normal, but it loads for longer then usual. Then it goes to a blue screen that tells me my pc ran into a problem and that it is collecting info and then is going to restart for me. It restarts itself and continues the same process. I can't get into the laptop at all. It wont let me do anything and I have no idea what to do. Please help. Thanks
