I can't log in to my iTunes

I can't log in to my iTunes and when I log on it says that incorrect password is it hacked? And I remember my password clearly! Please help! Oh and when I try to make a new one it won't allow me! :(

I already tried it but when I enter the email I can't receive it.

I checked spam too but no email came.....is it maybe Someone hacked it?

Email iTunes admin and discuss your problem, i think solve that problem by admin.
