Hey there try following this:
Method 1: Turn on AutoPlay, follow the steps mentioned in the link below
To turn AutoPlay on or off

Method 2: Set Autoplay Settings
a) Open AutoPlay by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking Hardware and Sound, and then clicking AutoPlay.
b) In the list next to the Audio CD or Enhanced Audio CD under media, click the new action " play audio CD using Windows Media Player (or the application you want to use)"
c) Click on Save and check to see if the issue persists
