Hello,
Try this 1
If there is no language selection option available in installation window then
download the English version.
Click on the below hyperlink "VB 2010 Express" and follow the instructions
VB 2010 Express
Click on "Visual Basic 2010 Express". Make sure you read the information given
under "Visual Basic 2010 Express" regarding registration. Make sure the
"Download language" is set to "English" and click on "Install Now".
If you want to download the complete Visual Studio Express products then click
on "Visual Studio 2010 Express All-in-One ISO".
