No Audio Output Device is installed

As soon as I inserted in the my headphone the sound went off and I got the message that 'No Audio Output is installed'. Would anyone help me in sorting out this problem?

I had a problem with the audio. i restarted the computer and it got solved.

Sweet, yea a reboot may help some of the time.....glad to hear it was fixed!
