my hp pavilion g6 laptop keyboard types wrong characters. not all the characters have the problem. the @ character and ? character are not possible to be typed. help me to solve

You probably have multiple keyboard definitions on laptops sold in India. You need to make sure the physical keyboard matches the keyboard selected in the "Control Panel" keyboard definition. Perhaps you local HP office can help you with the correct definition.
