                    Hello,
Try this 1
First make sure that the blue screen is not because of any issue with the RAM.
First remove the battery from the laptop.
If you are having two RAMs then remove it, place only one RAM and check if you
are able to use your PC without any issue. If the problem still exists then change
the slot. If the problem still exists then try the above procedure with the other
RAM.
If the problem still exists then click on the below hyperlink "BSOD" and let us
know the error message you are getting as shown in the below image
