Not sure this is the best place to post my problem but here goes. I would like to restore my laptop to it's Factory Settings. I have tried all variations of the suggested method of holding down the zero key whilst pressing the power button, all to no avail. the only screen to show up when following this procedure gives detail of the Celeron processor. Can anyone offer any advice please ? the OS on this computer is WIN' 7 home premium. Unit purchased in 2010.

Many Thanks
