If the router set the password? if not , you do not need to put the password when it reached signals of wifi router, If you want to know the IP of your router, you can see https://www.lifewire.com/what-is-the-ip-address-of-a-broadband-router-818379

Password don't set but they say [router owner] "we assign ip address of any wifi booster in our router network if we want to allow anyone to access internet using our wifi router's signals".
Now problem is that, I don't access their router physically/by hand to check their router's ip. I want to know how i trace ip address of their router?
But one thing is that initially when they setup their router i could access internet using their router's signals and was checked their mac address and which i know now and ip address was that 192.168.1.10 but i confuse that it was my wifi booster' ip or their router's? But i confirm mac address/physical address which i know is their's router.
Now how i connect to their router's to access internet??
