I downloaded AVG Tune Up,and immediately it caused internet explore to keep closing when I entered my email accounts, I uninstalled it,but the problem is still there,also it caused system restore to quit working,can anyone help?

Hi Where did you get that AVg Tune up?

Did you install it and ran it?

off the internet,yes I ran it.
