Pen drive problem

Hello,

After putting in my 2GB Transcend pendrive it shows that "the hardware device is properly installed and ready to use"....but when i go in MyComputer and try to open my pen drive then it says that "Please insert disk in drive I:"..

in product select flash drive 

click on online recovery tool and follow it
