PROBLEM WITH TIME CALCULATIONS

These ar my two columns i need to calculate time in hours and time in days !!!
now by doing simple substraction i.e L2-M2 i get time in hours and the to get time in days i divide the time in hours by 24 ok!!!

i get the right answer if the time in hours is greater than 24:00 hrs ... but if the time in hours is 1 hours

Please help !!!!
