Files turns to shourtcuts in my flash , my laptop has a problem

Hi
whenever i connect flash drives or memory cards on my laptop, all of its files turn into shortcuts. my laptop has a problem, i guess it's a virus, but whenever i run a full system scan on my laptop with my updated antivirus there is no virus detected
i tried cmd command :
attrib -h -r -s /s /d g:\*.*
it doesn't work when i run it . the files on the flash returns normal file for a few seconds then they change to shortcuts again . please help
