Pen drive not detecting

Dear Sir,

My pen drive was shoeing red colour & almost full in last week Now trying to open it but it is not detected. I tried by going to system,harware , device mager , deleted all usb but still not detecting. pl help

Remove the USB drive and restart your system.
Try connecting the device again, i think this should solve the problem.
