My laptop won't boot up

Okay so i don't know what is wrong with it, it was working perfectly fine yesterday
but today i turn it on and it doesn't go to the home screen.It turns on and everything but it won't go to the home screen.Where the cap locks is it keeps blinking what can i do PLEASE HELP !!

You may run 'starup repair' for two or three times and see if it can successfully address the issue. We'll later work on other solutions too if that didn't help.
