The Service of downloading and streaming are two different things.
By the simple fact of capturing the video, I am certain you have violated service agreement, as you are not gaining access to the license for copy , but license to view.
If you wish to have license to copy (personal use) and such, then wait for it in writing, IE DVD OR BLUERAY!
