Ram does not get corrupted. However your Windows may get corrupted.
Long ago, you should have upgraded to sp3.
Is your Windows genuine or a copy?
What happens if you boot in safe mode (tapping F8 while booting) with networking?

its a copy
even in normal mode it work for about an hour or so
and it happens mostly when i watch videos

I kind of knew that you had a copy as this sort of issue happens when Windows is not genuine. It should also be upgraded to sp3.
Last resort for you is to click on start and then on run, type cmd to open a black window, type chkdsk and press enter. Let it run, read the message. Close and Restart.
