Hello
This is a Microsoft issue. Microsoft has programmed all Windows operating system to completely cease to work if the Windows license is not activated and registered within 30 days. If you ignore the warnings given by Windows, Windows will block everything.
The only possible solution is for you to purchase a Windows license with a CD and install it. Don't use someone else CD, it will not work and you will ruin your computer much more.
