My ipod 5 is dead and won't charge

My ipod touch 5 gen ran out of battery a few weeks ago and now it won't charge. I've tried holding the home and top buttons for 10-15 seconds. Ive using different usb ports and different chargers. my computer don't even recognize my ipod. I plugged in my ipod into my computer like for 1 hour and nothing happened. I don't know what to do. pls help!

It seems that the problem is that the Ipod might be physically damaged or the charge cycle of the battery has already been met and this is why the battery or the Ipod itself needs to be disposed. Can you provide more details about the Ipod so that we could help you further?

well, I don't really know what happened, my ipod just ran out of battery because my charger wasn't working. and a few weeks later I got a new one, but now my ipod won't charge. my ipod has never been wet, and before it ran out of battery it worked very well. need any specific information let me know

I have the same problem. I've bought a new charger everyday and it sill wont work. Tried all new blocks and outlets too. I really need help! Please!
