Keyboard problem

i have u my keyboard keypad. shift+2=@ sign when i m press the " this symbol show n shift+"=@ is showing....
same prblm shift+3=# whin i m press showing is £ this symbol... ¬ this symbol is showing #......
i cant understand what i have 2 do plzz help me... when i have use external keyboard after that this problem has been created...

You might need to change the keyboard setting in Control Panel.
