Hello,
I installed windows pro8 64bit os and during the update process the bios has also been updated and then onwards my system stops booting again and it shows a message
"operating-system not found".Please do the necessary help because there exists a lot valuable information inside.

There is no easy fix. I suggest you pay a local repair shop to diagnose the problem. It takes "hands on" access to find these types of problems.
If you flashed the wrong BIOS files. You might have "bricked" the laptop.
