Horizantal lines on HCL ME L74 Display

I have a HCL ME Notebook . From last some week my display showing a huge parts of Horizantal lines Across my Whole LED Display panal from buttom ....... I use a old CRT monitor using VGA Port and Externel Monitor doesnot have those lines .... Now help me to fix the problem .....

Your problem is probably located in the screen or connecting cable. Professional help is advised.
