I NEED to factory reset toshiba satellite laptop

I have tried all methods described by users but i just cannot get to that vital system restore screen, we get to windows loading screen in the end.
Then the windows blue screen appears
Ive reformatted pcs before so i need i am in vital need of LAPTOP.

A system restore will not fix a hardware problem like a failing hard disk or memory module problems. The next step is to have the laptop examined by a local repair shop.

xpcman is correct and a blue screen is indicative of the issues he has mentionned above.
