                    You can try the hard boot process:
1. remove the battery and unplug the power adapter from the wall
2. Push and hold down the power button for 60 seconds
3. replace the battery and plug the power adapter in the computer and the wall socket
4. Restart normally.
This procedure will often "wake-up" a laptop stuck in hibernation.
If you are not successful with the above your problem is probably with the hardware and you need the services of a repair shop.

    No . I suspect you have a motherboard problem.  I suggest you take the laptop to a local repair shop.  The least expensive option is to buy a new computer. Since replacement motherboards cost so much.

    Right.  The graphics chip/video chip is soldered to the motherboard.  Sometimes these joints start to fail.  It's not practical to re-solder the chip.
