when I put on the laptop there is nothing just a blank screen and the pointer, then when I go to knock it off by pressing the button as I carnt get to the shutdown the laptop just stays on wont knock off had to hold the off button down for a bit as grandson said reboot and thats what you had to do havent tried to put it on yet

it is a windows 8 toshiba
