Usually files like that are needed and thats why you cant delete them, they aren't letting you delete them because if you did it would cause your system to die a horrible death.
You should post:
what are these files?
Why you want to get rid of these files?
how did they get installed originally?

'um,it says that they are just some temporary files..i found them in the temporary folder of windows..dont know though how they got there..>,<

I'd agree with Surfer on that
I have found CCleaner to be one the best products available period, its free, its reliable, CCleaner and Spybot search and destroy are the best free software packages avilable on the net, they just do exactly what you want, simple.
