i cant download my internet explorer my avg says it is dirty and it is blocking me from getting it i have windows 7 which one do i need to down load thank you for your help with this matter

Hello
Those kinds of conflicts do happen with some antivirus.
You must turn off your avg before the download and reactivate after.
Ensure you get your ie from a reliable source such as Kioskea:
https://ccm.net/downloads/internet/5533-internet-explorer-11-for-windows-10/
If I were you, I would go with Firefox, much more friendly and efficient.
