Continual restarts

Hello,
recently i have been having aproblem with my new computer...after it turns on and windows boots up the conputer is running normally for abour 5 minutes then suddenly it automatically shuts down once that happens the computer continually tries to restarts but after the power turns on and fan statrs spinnign it shuts downs again and this is continued in a repeated cycle until i turn the main power off from the back.....i have tried starting up in safe mode but the same problem occured.....

any help?

The computer need to returned for servicing. I suspect the power supply or motherboard has an electrical problem.

Let's say I'm having this same problem but am rather well versed in the world of computers. What exactly might I have to do to my motherboard to rectify this situation?

Same here the lights turn on for like 20 sec and it restarts the screen wont even turn on i say mother board.
