Xbox disc won't work

Hello, my xbox for the last four months has been playin up and won't load any games no matter what I have wiped them I have checked the disc drive and every time I go to play game it comes up with this disc is unrecognisable I do not know how to fix it so if anyone does plz caould u tell me as I would rather do it myself then pay someone else to do a job which could of been really easy

are you able to play games which have been downloaded?
it could be that the disc drawer in the xbox is faulty.

that video shows you how to remove the drive.
you will need to purchase a replacement from somewhere like ebay.
