my dell optiplex gx 520 desktop pc after along time (8 months) when i start only showing the orange light on the start button there is no beep also there is no visual of mother board display.but processor cooling fan working and i can shut down the pc with long pressing the star button as normal, give me an advice

Hi,

Open the cpu cabin and remove the ram, clean it and re-insert it. This will solve your problem.
