Computer Slow

Hello,
I have wonder related my PC at work.
It is turning on everyday. When i go home always lock this pc and when i back, log on to this pc but after that, it slow even i moving mouse to point something it seem very slow.
This PC has :
CPU: AMD Athlon II x4 , 3GHz
RAM 4GB
OS 7 x64

Does your work not have an IT department?

Does your PC go into sleep?

Try turning your computer off when you leave and turn it on in a morning and see if you still have the slowness.

Cheap Labor. Only cost more in downtime and production costs! Classic three legged stool paradigm, cheap, fast and right. Which one is going to give? Usually the right/correct componant gets put to the side.
