Numbers key not working

Hi Dear,

My i uses window 7 in my Hi Grade laptop, the numbers key which is on the right side of

keyboard is not working. these buttons are working and perform different tasks, but it

didn't perform numeric and calculation tasks. kindly need your instruction.

I suggest you check the keyboard settings in the "Control Panel" sometimes the keyboard language Windows setting does not match the physical keyboard.
