I have a Toshiba Laptop C655D-S5043 that keeps getting a black screen after it starts. I can be surfing and out of the blue get a black screen, have to move mouse around to get it to come back but after awhile i'll get the black screen AGAIN. Its about 7yrs old, not sure if its just to old or that something is bad in it. WHAT TO DO!!

Try looking deeply into the black screen, if u can see anything like the background u were working with before showing black.

Hello,

I was using my Toshiba Satellite and it froze up. I turned it off and then back on and my mouse pad stopped working. My cursur will move and highlight an icon but will not follow the command when clicked. I tried the function key and f9 and nothing.

Thank you for any help provided.
System Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hello,

My cursor is frozen, the touchpad does not work. I connected external mouse through USB port and it worked fine.

Any idea on how to solve it?

Toshiba - Touch Pad is locked

I have access to my keypad and my mouse. The touchpad does not work. the light that locks that touchpad is on - but whne I click F5 it does not go off (I also tried FN+F5, ALT+F5, CTRL+F5...)
I have restarted my system and the light is still on.
Any other ideas?

hi I have a problem with the keyboard on my laptop, my laptop is Toshiba satellite P855,
well anyways some of the key on my keyboard is not working but if I use a USB keyboard its working fine all of the keys are working. but if I use the keyboard on my laptop some of the letters are not working at all..
the keys that are not working on my laptop keyboard are A,B,N,\,7,left Shift,both Enter. I'm using my USB keyboard right now, I already tried some solution on the internet like doing the system restore, reinstall the driver, clean the keyboard but the same keys that's not working is still not working at all.
please I'll be very glad for any kind o...
