Computer not working also notice that my SMPS fan was not workin

I tried to start my PC but it is not happening. So I even open the CPU to find the problem and notice that the led power wire was not connected, so I connected them and my PC started but as soon as the display screen was showing me the icons it suddenly got off and then I again started my PC for the 2nd time, but this time the screen remain totally blank as the green light was turning to orange within seconds and i also notice that my SMPS fan was not working at all.What should I do.

Hi.

Looks like a motherboard issue to which only a qualified hands-on technician can look into.
