Arrow keys too fast

Hi,

About two days ago I started having problems with my up arrow key on my Lenovo Thinkpad Edge E430. It started moving too fast. It began moving without me having to click it. All I had to do was to place my finger on it and it would move. Could someone please help me? I am perplexed.
