Sorry, But I am not aware of any options to disable the "Title" tag of HTML documents.

I generally use Firefox. I have Windows 7. This drives me crazy. I've Googled this issue many times and can't believe other people aren't bothered by it.
Typically, the titles are set up for additional Information. In my code I use them for expanded descriptions when formatting a 150 character text will disrupt the page formatting, but I still want the user to have the additional info.
Once again, it is an HTML standard, so I am not certain there are options.
