Hello, i worked in my laptop with an external usb keyboard. but when i unplug the external keyboard then the keyboard of laptop is not worked properly. e.g. when i press O it display 5 or such as. plz how can i solve it?

There are few things you can try yourself:
1. Check for Crumbs - Hold your laptop upside down or at the very least at a 45- to 75-degree angle from horizontal and give the laptop a good shake.
2. Reboot your PC.
3. Check the Device Manager on your laptop.
