hi!
so the other day while i was watching a movie on my toshiba nb520 laptop, then black and white bars suddenly appeared on the screen. i immediately shut it down. but when i opened it a few hours later the screen is just blank (white all over). i can hear the normal login sounds so i guess my screen has a problem.
if it would help, my laptop got a hard drive replacement last year because it fell from my bed. the laptop has been working fine until the white screen appeared the other day.
also i think it overheated because i have been using it for 9 hours straight and the fan tends to stop working at times.
hope you guys could help me.

Hi,
I don't think it's an overheating issue but an inverter or backlight issue.
You must see a qualified technician to get it replaced.
