Crackling Sound From HDD When PC Starts and no media found error

Hello,

i 'm having issue with my Laptop(Dell Inspiron N4050) HDD... i Start my PC and an Continuous crackling sound comes from my HDD and after that i 'll get error HDD not detected(Boot Media Not Found)... [:'(]

i power on/off several Time(Using Power Button) but after 5th time PC starts Successfully and now no-matter how Long i Use it , System runs Smoothly Without Causing me Any problem but again after shutdown the same problem... [8-)]

S.M.A.R.T also showing me an Warning... [:S]

I Tried seaTool but it shows me S.M.A.R.T Successfully PASSED...

it says drive health is excellent and Expected lifespan is 1000days then why that sound, also why seatool is saying SMART is Passed but Crackling sound comes from my Hard(Only When Hard Drive PowerUp)... [*-)]

i run Bad sector Repair Also But No Bad Sector Found... [:(]

My All data is Backup-ed so don't worry about my data, i 'm actually worry about my HDD because i 'm not in condition to buy a New one.. So what's this Problem , Can i fix This (using Some Software Tricks etc) ... HDD is not Too Much old as well as my PC( About 2yrs old) so No Warranty... [:'(]



Dell built-in System dignostics also said that no drive found when crackling sound comes out but when my Drive successfully detected it shows my No warnings/Failures and All test PASSED.. [^o)]
