Dell insipiron N 5050. laptop not booting up

Hi,
I am facing a problem thst my laptop is not booting up. Everytime it is shiwing the message of inserting a boot up device. Now I pressed f12 on start up and it displayed various patameters inwhich.hard drive was showing none. I have got fitted a new hard disk one month back. My laptop is dell insipiron N 5050.
Pl help

To bad that you installed a new hard drive as it would have been easy to restore to factory settings, the recovery partition no longer exist.

Seem that your new HD has failed.

Best consult a hands-on technician.
