I already try F2 - set up option
F12 - Booth Option
I usually receive an error

Check cable connection!

And I finally wanted to reformat my Dell laptop but my hard drive never found that's why I can't reformat cause no hard drive found

Your hard disk has probably failed and needs to be replaced. I suggest the services of a local PC repair shop.
