Tecno n3 android charging when the charger is not plug in

My tecno n3 is charging when the charger is not plug in and when I plug a charger I can't know wheather it's charging or not but suddenly the phone will get hot and turn off after that the phone will start charging again with or without the charger.PLEASE HELP!!!

TAke it to your carrier store and let them know! IT beats having an exploded battery!
