Problem with sony walkman NWZ-B133F(B)

the sony walkman NWZ_B133 F (B) could not be detected by my computer. besides when i switchon the power button on the walkman first the holo gram of sony walkman comes and then only strip of white bar comes. I tried to reset the walkman and even tried with draining the battery. the same comes again.
kindly give your suggestions.
