I recently purchased this laptop and i do not know the password it is asking as the previous owner never set a password at all. it turns on the toshiba page and suddenly loads to a dark screen with a blue box saying to " Entrer current password"
How do i reset this laptop? I would like to use it soon.

If is asking for a password, it's because the previous owner did set a password. I suggest that you have not purchased the laptop from the legitimate owner. Did the person show you proof of ownership and gave you the manuals as well as the proof of purchase?
