Have you tried restoring the default settings using itunes? It will wipe everything on your ipod but you can reload everything back onto it.

I don't know how to do that. I searched it online but I couldn't find anything. Can you tell me how to do it?

Did you do a "hard restart" - sometimes this fixes things:
You can do a hard restart of your iPhone or iPod Touch. To do so, just hold the lock button (that is the button at the top of your device) and the home button at the same time until you see the Apple logo on a black background (you usually have to hold the buttons for around 10 seconds before this happens). You can then release the buttons and your iPhone/iPod Touch will restart.

Ambucias, try holding the power/lock button and the home button at the same time for 10 seconds. that is basically a reset feature that turns it off and powers it back on. If that doesnt work, go to apple.com/support and call apple.
