Gateway nv series wont boot

hi there
i have a gateway nvseries that wont boot up, when i press the power button i can hear the fan working which means that power goes to mobo but it does do anything else.
i have tried removing the power cable and holding the power button for a long time, also i removed the cmos and put it back in and still can't get it to boot.

help me!!

i forgot to mention that i tried plugin in a monitor to my laptop and also the light thats shows hdd its off but if i press the volume and the other ones they will turn on for a few sec.
