My compaq presario cq 60 doesn't startup

Compaq presario cq60
when I powered, it took long to start so I pressed ctrl+alt +delete. and it flashed.
I switched it off using the power button but when I switch it on it flashes the screen and goes off after showing the boot BIOS option.
am going crazy please help, I have tried all troubleshooting but in vein. I have cleaned ram and other things but still failed

Sounds like a hardware problem with the hard disk or motherboard. It's going to need a PC tech to diagnose.
