How to repair Hard disks with media problem

Hello,



Can u plz tell me how I can repair the media of laptop hard disks. I have many hard disks of various companies with the problem in there media
Some r become slow i.e data reading and writing and some didnt detected in the pc or laptop or in USB converter.and where I can get the replacement parts
