Keyboard keys are not working.

Hello,
Suddenly some keys are not working like Ctl + z,c,v alt enter etc.
before 10 days ago only Ctrl key not worked , but others working properly but yesterday i checked this above keys also not working.

If i attached usb / ps2 keyboard then that working fine properly. but laptops keyboard keys not working.

Can you please guide me what's the issue ?

The issue is the internal keyboard is broken and needs to be replaced.
