Toshiba no bootable device

So when you press f12 and insydeh20 setup utility pop up do I have to change any settings for it to work my hard drive pop up but it still tell me it fail and no bootable device please restart system

This error is indicative of a hard drive failure. You might need to replace the hard drive and re-install
